Electrical inspection & testing forms a major part of our work. We are an approved member of NAPIT (National Association of Inspectors & Testers) and have specialist qualifications and expertise in this area. This work includes:
- Inspections for landlords - regular 5 yearly inspections - EICRs (electrical installation condition reports)
- Electrical inspection prior to house purchase or sale
- Inspection & testing to investigate faults
- PAT testing (portable appliance testing)
We use the latest software and can provide reports electronically as soon as the inspection is completed.
